“Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one!

In prayer on 3-4-16 my bible was already opened to Genesis 18. In verse 19 I read,

“For I have chosen him, so that he may command his children and his household after him to keep the way of the LORD by doing righteousness and justice, so that the LORD may bring upon Abraham what He has spoken about him.” Genesis 18:19

I asked where to read. The Spirit replied, “Look at what you have already been given and share; or do you decide what is important or not?”

Feeling the rebuke I asked, “Are we done (this morning) Father?” His reply was “Leviticus 16.” I looked and read, The Laws of Atonement.  “What am I to see Father?” It was overwhelming.

The next day in prayer on 3-5-16 looking at the same scriptures, I saw.

If you read Leviticus 16 you will appreciate the wonderful simplicity of Christ’s suffering for all. I was overwhelmed by the thought of doing all as instructed in Lev 16, forever! Christ is relief personified.

What was at best symbolic then, accomplishing a type of peace for them, is no longer symbolic now. Real peace is available and forever!

Each time we crucify our carnal will we move further into the perfection of Christ.

Jesus is the sacrifice we all require, and we employ His sacrifice once in being reconciled to God. We are not to crucify Him over and over! We don’t get “saved” over and over. We do and can however sincerely repent over and over as we work out our salvation. There is only one principle we must follow. We must offer others the same we are asking of God.

The sacrifice that covers us now is the same that covered Him on the cross! For surely He was not cleansed by His own perfect blood! Only our sins were His burden. Becoming sin for our sake, He gave what He now needed. So He spoke from the cross what was to mean everlasting  life to Him and to us, IF we would see it! For even Christ could die only once having one life to give for all, and He had to die right in order to live forever in righteousness and the life He now lives, He lives to God. (Romans 6:10 NASB)

By faith we know we are cleansed in reconciliation. It does not take faith to realize we must now walk in this life. How do we really die totally to our old ways, our impaired judgment? Rejoice! Understanding has been provided! All is yet to be purged from us and will be, by our obedience to the understanding that is in Jesus Christ and His life!  We do not have Carte Blanche with God. We have a responsibility to DO righteousness and justice if we expect God to bring upon us all that we are to receive through Abraham.

This “doing” is not to gain salvation. It is to keep it.

If we do not obey His commandments, we have no covenant. See Genesis 17 especially verse 7, it speaks of God’s understanding of our covenant with Him, “to be God to you…” Verse 14 addresses disobedience and the cost. “But an uncircumcised male who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that person shall be cut off from his people; he has broken My covenant.” How much more obedience does God expect from a new covenant made easier at the cost of His Son’s life?

Old covenant or new makes no difference. The new is achievable in its simplicity and provision. He makes a covenant with us first. We must maintain it by keeping Him as our God, living by His guidelines from our heart of understanding. It has always been so. He knew and has told us in advance, one day the majority of man would reject Him. Un-renewed minds will perish. You do not have to be one of them. He does not want you to be one of them.

If you knew me, and asked; “How can God use this man?” you would betray yourself and the level of relationship you have with God. If you were moving forward in Him you would believe me because you would know that God saw more in you than you saw in yourself and He is using you. This is my only claim. What God saw in me years ago is now being manifested for such a time as this.

I have always wanted Him to use me and over the last years (35) He has. The fact is, now my hour has come. Like John the Baptist, his life and learning added up to that moment when Jesus was baptized by John. John was teaching “repentance for forgiveness of sins” before Jesus was. The only thing lacking was a sacrificial Lamb that would end one covenant and begin a new. “Behold, the Lamb that takes away the sins of the world.”

Knowing me is not important. In my last 10 posts or so I have addressed political situations and I always address our obedience. I pray. He directs. I listen for Him as I read the scriptures He points me to and I share from my journal as I write what I am impressed to write. Maybe you do not hear from Him the way I do. That does not mean I do not hear or that you lack in any way. Believe me brethren I listen along with you. Do you hear God speaking to us all in these desperate times? The wise learn from history.

Please dear brothers and sisters around the world, followers and believers in Christ, we are in danger to the extent we are not obeying our Lord and His teachings. We must maintain what was given freely. He has presented us the keys to the kingdom. This Way holds our protection from the things to come, the feelings trying to invade our hearts today. It is something we the church must do. It is righteousness we must do as a testimony to all nations.

There are over 100 posts on this site and the Way is at the heart of them all. Read them. Eat the meat and spit out the bones. Ask the Spirit to show you what He wants you to see and understand. Souls are at stake.

The Arc is built and souls must enter. That includes us! Like Lot we must leave the city of our worldly existence and live on higher ground. There is a day coming when God will close the door, reign down obvious judgment, and only the obedient will survive.
