Dear Chairman Kim of South Korea,

Sir, we are Christians first, Americans second.

I have readers in China and I am hoping somehow this reaches you.

Please receive this letter with my appreciation of your time and consideration.

Thank you for meeting with President Trump recently. I hope you enjoyed your visit to America.

Chairman Kim, I am a Christian. I am a Christian first and an American second. This may be confusing.

Christians brought their beliefs to this country and then this country became known as a Christian nation. Over the decades those with a non-Christian agenda have prevailed at times to the damage of our national Christian reputation.

Considering all things American’s believe we have been on the correct side of most world events until the last several Presidents and their administrations. Chairman Kim, respectfully, my point is that Christianity is not the enemy.

The principals of Christianity have prevailed over most of America’s history. In recent times others have attempted to destroy America by attacking our families, our financial stability, our spiritual unity, and the conservative movement within our government. In all cases they attempt to pervert the traditional (Christian) views and insert their Globalist view.

Those who do this sometimes refer to themselves as Christians but they are not “followers of Christ.” They instead support policies that are in direct opposition to Christianity. So why is this something for you to consider?

The election of President Trump was a direct result of Christians recognizing the agenda of others and voting to stop them. Even non-Christians saw the deceit and manipulation of these enemies of America and voted to overthrow the female candidate in favor of candidate Trump.

In his inaugural speech President Trump said openly that America is protected by God. Christians everywhere in the world, including in your nation said “Amen” which means “so be it.”

How might this fact be of benefit to your leadership and your people?

Chairman Kim, we are Christians first, and then we love our countries. As you know there are possibly millions of Christians in North Korea and I can say confidently in every nation on earth. So why do I write this respectful appeal to you Mr. Chairman?

America, a Christian nation which has been your enemy at times, is not so only because we are Christians. It is so because Christians have not always been in control of national policy or we believed others needed our help to resist aggression against them.  Because Christianity is in fact a non-aggressive belief, aggression by others is not looked upon with favor.

In recent administrations America has been influenced by a non-Christian agenda. This agenda will also influence and overcome you and your nation if America is over come by it. America’s survival will help all nations survive globalism.

Globalism is attacking all nations’ great and small, smothering them with troubles that only the strongest will survive and only if they see and resist wisely. This last presidential election in America was a major set-back against the globalist agenda.

Chairman Kim, I am sure you understand Nationalism here or in any nation is the opposite of Globalism. Russia’s Mr. Putin loves Russia and wants it to stay Russia with its history and national uniqueness. China is a beautiful nation also and needs to remain so. America and other nations, like Israel, want to remain unique in this world.

A one-world government, “Globalism,” would mean much of every nation’s uniqueness will disappear, one government, one military, and one religion. Its history is to be re-written and its character becomes impressed upon it by outsiders. Every nation is a target. I have written about the possible ramifications of this happening to a lost America including attacks upon us by Russia as she struggles to keep her own nationalism. Ultimately even Mother Russia also will fall to the molestation of Globalism.

We might say “no way” but preventing this takeover must come from the strength of a nation not militarily but by the convictions of its people and the government serving them.

Sincere nationalism can be achieved by greater measure the more her citizens support the government and its policies. In America, Christian policies are imperative to the majority. Their “peaceful existence,” is paramount to achieving this unity of any people.

Do you know Chairman Kim that Christians are instructed to honor the authorities, the administrations, and governments over them?  We are told in our bibles that God has placed you in power.

Romans 13:1-2 (New American Standard Bible 1977)
“Let every person be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God.
² Therefore he who resists authority has opposed the ordinance of God; and they who have opposed will receive condemnation upon themselves.”

Chairman Kim the bible goes on to say much more in favor of you, the authority over North Korea. By doing so it gives you new information, a new perspective to consider for the benefit of your nation and your administration.

Chairman Kim, your Christian citizens are not your enemy. Please do not see them as Americans hiding in your country. Their beliefs demand they respect you and only if they are threatened by authority, when they have done nothing wrong, do they reject authority. It is the same in any country. Seldom do mature Christians act aggressively. It is forbidden in the Word of God. Even as a Christian nation, whatever aggression America has shown in the past was in response to unwarranted aggression.

Over many decades the conflict between our countries has had the underlying persecution of Christians blazing in the background. Much progress might be made between our nations if you would consider a change in national policy toward Christians.

You sir are wise enough to see the potential of uniting an alienated segment of your population with your leadership. They are not militant they are pacifists by command. The few Christians who have not understood this will be chastised (corrected) into submission by more mature Christians in order to protect the greater number of Christians. These more numerous will appreciate your monumental change in national policy.

As long as Christians are considered criminals that national policy, anywhere in the world, creates a growing population that will support an uprising just as our people did against Adolph Hitler. He called himself a Christian! No way was he a Christian, Chairman Kim.

I do not speak for my government in this transmission but Mr. Trump has declared our national protection “under God.” Our nation by majority agrees.

That being said, as long as Christians have anything to say about national policy, we will only defend ourselves as a nation and will not initiate any aggressive policy toward any country anywhere.

Will America defend herself against aggression? Yes, absolutely and with more than enough force to preserve our nation’s security. However this is not a conflict America is hungry for. She is only standing guard against harm.

Instead, please Chairman Kim, let the fear of aggression be put away, not to be suffered by either of our countries or our allies.

Let that process begin by a gesture so monumental as to elevate your legacy within the hearts of your countrymen beyond your greatest expectations and your borders. You are their leader and do not require it, however, why not gain what can only be gained by your own authority, generosity and wisdom.

I can assure you as an American Christian first and as an American citizen second, we will be impressed as will our President and those Christians counseling him. The view of your action will be met with great approval world-wide. Your nation will set a standard to be followed by many nations who do not yet realize the wisdom you will have acted upon.

Chairman Kim, please let Christians be free to openly be Christian North Koreans.

Generously sir, please consider removing policies that oppress and persecute Christians unnecessarily. They are your citizens but must be committed to Christianity first. This is no harm to you or your nation. Instead welcome their faithfulness to their nation by freeing them to worship in their way.

I believe our God, even if you do not believe in Him, will have favor upon you just for the wisdom of such a decision benefiting those He calls His children.

A friend or family member who wants to see you happy may do so at the cost of your real freedom. They “lovingly” apply the Band-Aid of agreement sensing they have met your need. They either do not know of or see your deep heart wounds or they think your temporary happiness is the goal when true heart-rich liberty is God’s goal. Forgive them. You put them in that spot. Friends are seldom objective counselors.

Agreeing with you only counts if you are right in your thinking. If you are not, if there are two sides to the story, they have endangered themselves by agreeing or condoning your actions, falling prey to a common scheme of the devil. (2 Cor 2:10-11 NASB)

God’s goal is the kingdom abiding within us. Matthew 6:10 “Thy will be done, Thy kingdom come, on earth as it is in heaven.” The result (as it is in heaven) is joy unspeakable, full of glory! It is our responsibility to pursue the kingdom within us, with Him, into eternity!

Loved ones the past is a plague which the love of Jesus inoculates us against if we are willing, out of our love for Him and what He has done for us, to endure the pain of His injection of Truth. It is Truth that sets us free, a tiny amount of required often painful review  so “anti-bodies” will rise against our destructive carnal reactions to memories and fears no longer allowing our souls, our very lives and loves, to be infected by our past.

All men or women are not the same as those who deeply wounded you. It is rare that you would again become drawn to or see fearful behavior except you have an expectation from your past that sooner or later they, men or women or people in general,  will “show their true colors.” Your belief that they will is the problem, not them.

Your “faith” in this expectation is powerful and God knows it. Look at the situation you are in. How much fear is involved?

Heaven will not have it! You must understand this. That which is not allowed in heaven will never get in. Neither will the person contaminated with it. We all have our chance to grasp freedom. Being comfortable in our victim-hood is a curse!  “It’s not my fault people keep doing this to me!”

God wants us to see where, to go all the way back to those maybe several, who actually harmed us, so we will get set free of our past. To do this God will use whoever is close to you (a new husband especially) to show you what is in your heart! Husbands are to cleanse like Christ does. A Godly husband will pursue your freedom out of love. Jesus models this with the church.

If you are listening, God is asking, “Where have you seen this behavior before?” Why, ultimately because that affliction cannot be in your heart when you pass into eternity. Immediately, so you will not blame the one trying to help you!

That’s right loved one. Heaven will not have you with that infection in your heart and relationships are doomed for the same reason.Not knowing you have poisoned yourself is bad enough let alone others.

Jesus said, “Whatever you allow must be allowed in heaven. Whatever is not allowed in heaven must not be allowed here, especially in your heart. You may bind, or you may loose. (His kingdom come!)

In this life, it is like you are infected and in seeking relief from your woe’s you are passing your offense along to others, harming them through the Band Aid of Agreement.

As a victim of your expectations you are breaking the heart of that one close to you, just as yours was broken by others. Your heart may have never been given, out of fear.

Those close to you are taking up your offense and a low grade unforgiveness has now infected them. Low grade, high grade, unforgiveness is what it is; a curse on all. They all are being defiled.

The Word says, “See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up [in you] causes trouble, [in them] and by it many be defiled; “  Hebrews 12:15 (NASB77) [my notations]

Ask this question. “Is my family, my brothers and sisters, are my children, happy, loving, in love, Godly, or are they like what they saw in me or in our childhood? Was there, is there, dysfunction, anger, fear, physical and or verbal abuse, hatred, criticism, rejection, separation or divorce?

All you or they had to do, good or bad, is agree with or condone someone’s actions and compound it by speaking to others accordingly. Disaster upon them! Matthew 7:1-2 comes into play and there is NO escaping it, except they repent.

So are we seeing our offensive history in others? Are we ourselves repeating it?

Are we denying that what we see in that one close to us is not in their history but now we are seeing it? This is dramatically common.

It is the inescapable rules within the Word of God. If we judge it comes back upon us. If we fail to grant grace (truly forgive) it harms us and defiles those close to us and spreads from there. (Matthew 7:1-2, Hebrews 12:15.)

The knowledge of God’s Word is meant to free us not damage us!

Therefore, imagine a joy in this life that is beyond words, it is unspeakable and full of glory! It is a love like you have never known before. Such freedom, such a reward for submitting to God’s Way is ours for the pursuing. Eternity is at stake.

^“Pursue peace with all men, and the sanctification without which no one will see the Lord.” (Hebrews 12:14 NASB)

Think of it, your past no longer comes up or enters into your considerations of future relationships. Your God and your embracing of His Truth have set you free.

You trust people again because you know you are trustworthy. Why, because you have finally chosen well. If you can chose well so can others, especially in like faith.

You blamed yourself for those bad experiences and relationships did you not? They were not totally your fault if at all in some cases, but now years later you are still the carrier of the offenses and future prevention and healing require a deeply serious commitment to by-directional forgiveness. This insures the possibility of future love and happiness.

That which God gave you freely is available to give. Romans 5:17 says, “much more…those who receive the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness, will reign in life through Christ Jesus. Verse 21, “that grace might reign, through righteousness, to eternal life, through Christ Jesus.”

Your thinking is no longer skewed. God has rescued you. True, deep, rich, joy  is now yours. He will direct you to those who will help you be more in spirit and in truth as you minister to them and them also to you.

Remember, the prodigal chose to run home first, then he was restored.
