Exit Strategy End Times: “The Storm is coming!”

blowing shofar3“Hear, O Israel! The LORD is our God, the LORD is one!”

The Storm is coming!  No?

What shall we say then, the Word of God is not true?

Today, as we see the extent to which the globalist’s will go to to implement their agenda, in the current confirmation process as well as the obvious ongoing attacks against President Trump, I come back to this post from 2014.

The skies are (even more ) red these mornings. Do we not know what that represents? Jesus, the Messiah, stood right in front of them and they knew Him not.

Matthew 16:2-3 (NASB)   “But He [Jesus] replied to them, “When it is evening, you say, ‘It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.’
And in the morning, ‘There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.’ Do you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but cannot discern the signs of the times?”

Matthew 16:4 (NASB)
4  An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and a sign will not be given it, except the sign of Jonah.” And He left them and went away.

So what was involved with Jonah?

  1. He did not want to preach to the Ninevites even though told to do so by God. Sign: there will be a resistance in the end times by the church. “Let God sort’em out” will be a dominate attitude.
  2. God will swallow up the “believing but disobedient” church until those who will, will preach to all the nations a message not recognized until now. Many “believers” will hear and become followers. Many “believers” will not accept what they hear to become followers. Therefore many followers will be saved and many non-followers will not be saved according to Daniel 12.
  3. The many who hear will become a witness, a testimony to all nations then darkness will rise up world wide against anyone professing Jesus as Lord. Those who actually make Him Lord will survive eternally.

Is the church ready for The Storm that is approaching? Yes, I am saying The Storm because God prophesied it, so in essence God is the Storm and He is a sure thing.

Mankind’s whole experience has been about God receiving a family of faithful, obedient loved ones according to His Son’s likeness.

The Storm will prove Whose we are. Trials, testings, obedience versus disobedience, will prove that. The Son of God, God in the flesh, “learned obedience by the things that He suffered.” As a man, He learned how hard it can be to obey! (Hebrews 5:8 KJV) Still, as a man, He obeyed.

That being the case, where do we stand, what course is the church on? What is being taught? Is obedience being taught as a condition of salvation? The bible clearly teaches it.

John 3:36 (NASB)
36  He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

Yes as you just read, obedience is required! Is it being taught in church? In most obedience is not taught nor are the repercussions of disobedience declared! Non or never-loss of salvation is a doctrinal sacred cow to much of the church.

Obedience has been miss-labeled as “works.” Obedience is about staying saved not getting saved.

So, what course are we on personally? Will our love toward all obediently endure to the end or until whenever our personal end is? How do we do that?

Without knowing our exit strategy, some will not! Jesus warned us so we might endure and then showed us the strategy, by obeying, by implementing  the Word of God Himself! His enduring intercessory love was our example and His resurrection was proof to us.

Can we do anything to stop The Storm? We might as well ask, “Did Jesus have to go to the Garden of Gethsemane?” Is there any higher standard of obedience in the face of trial than what Jesus showed us? What did He say? “Not My will, Thy will be done.” What will we say?

To enter eternity successfully are we willing to surrender to God’s will? Can we see a likeness to Christ within God’s intentions toward us?  Shall we sleep for a thousand years or through our faithful stand for Christ, shall we rule and reign with Him for a thousand years? What?

Revelation 20:4-5 (KJV)
4  And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
5  But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

God’s will encompassed far more than the sacrificial death of His Son for us. God’s will was for us to see and grasp the keys to the kingdom of heaven in action. We saw obedience  and a love that endured to glorify God tremendously. God wants us to honor His Son by our own obedience to His teachings and example. Christ’s reward will be our reward, guaranteed!

Only by practice now will we succeed then!

“When” the Rapture is to occur is not relevant. God wants us ready to go now. Our death may preclude His return or the rapture. We see the skies are red even today. We must be ready and it will take practice.

“Michael you are changing everything we have thought about salvation.”

Think of it this way. On a trip from New York to London the course is pretty direct until the ship approaches the coast of London. Entrance to the harbor requires a course change. Salvation unto eternal life is a similar journey. We still have the same destination but to arrive safely as we approach the harbor we must turn the ship to a different heading. Traditional doctrines or accepted views, once useful, must now give way to the necessary priorities that God is now pointing to. There are shoals outside the harbor. Safe entrance requires our obedience to the Harbor Pilot.

John 3:36 (NASB, NKJV)  “He who believes in the Son has eternal life; but he who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”

Even this scripture above has been misunderstood by translation.  What you just read is the correct translation of the Greek words and calls to everyone who has asked Jesus to be Lord, entrusting Him with our eternal lives, to therefore understand that obedience is compelled by God to make Jesus Lord. Jesus did not give us eternal life. He made eternal life possible.

“If we remain in His grip, how far from His heart can we be!”

Michael
